Terms

Eligibility - Codes are validated against the stated conditions at checkout. New-customer codes are checked against order history linked to the account email or shipping address.

Redemption - One code per transaction unless stated otherwise. Cannot be combined with other offers, loyalty points, or store credit unless explicitly permitted. Discount applies to subtotal before shipping and taxes.

Validity & Expiry - Valid for the period shown on the offer. We reserve the right to withdraw early if stock runs out or misuse is detected. Expired codes cannot be reinstated.

Returns & Refunds - Refunds on discounted items reflect the amount paid, not full retail price. Codes are not re-issued after a return.

Misuse - We reserve the right to cancel orders or deactivate accounts where codes are used fraudulently, resold, or shared outside their intended audience.
